The Cranbrooks Bucks remain alive in the BCHL’s Interior Division quarterfinal series with West Kelowna after their second-straight come from behind win, 6-5 Friday night – Jaden Fodchuck, credited with the game winner midway through the third period.
Jack Silich scored twice for the victory.
Other markers came from Bryce Sookro, Shane Baker, and Noah Urness.
Similar to Wednesday night in Cranbrook, the Bucks found themselves down early with the Warriors scoring on two powerplay chances in the opening frame.
With the win, Cranbrook’s team find themselves down 3-2 in the best-of-seven.
Game 6 is Sunday afternoon, 4pm, at Western Financial Place.
Game 7, if needed, is back in West Kelowna Tuesday night.
