ICBC updates localized collision data through 2021

ICBC has updated data on local vehicle collisions, giving an indication of collision hot spots in East Kootenay communities last year.

In Cranbrook, the busiest intersection for collisions was at Cranbrook Street North and Theatre Road – 33 collisions were reported there in 2021.

In Kimberley, 3 collisions were reported at the Forest Crowne Gate and Highway 95A and the Banman Crescent and Highway 95A intersections.

In Fernie, there was 4 collisions at the intersection of Highway 3 and 9th Avenue.
