BC Liquor and BC Cannabis stores raise over $530k to support Ukraine

BC Liquor and BC Cannabis stores throughout the East Kootenay are doing their part to support Ukraine.

This as the organization raised over $530 thousand through their stores across the province in support people in the country as the invasion by Russia continues.

The money raised will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross’s Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal.

Locally, BC Liquor and BC Cannabis stores in the East Kootenay region raised $13,768 as of March 17th.
