Ridgemont Drive in Fernie to be closed July 8

Motorists travelling on Ridgemont Drive in Fernie are being advised that the road will be closed on Wednesday (July 8).

A portion of Ridgemont Drive between Ridgemont Crescent and Ridgemont Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic on July 8 while crews repair a water main in the area.

It will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8.

Residents in Ridgemont may experience reduced water pressure between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. while the repair is underway.

Eight homes will experience a temporary water service interruption (water shut-off) during the repair.

Those affected residents will be notified in advance via hand-delivered notices.
