Starting Wednesday, April 8, the City of Cranbrook will begin its spring street sweeping in Zone 2B Centre.
The operations are aimed at clearing gravel and other debris that have accumulated on city streets over the winter months.
According to the city, Zone 2B includes areas from 11th Street South to 19th Street South, between 7th Avenue, Larch Drive, 4th Avenue South, and 12th Avenue South.
Sweeping is set to take place Monday through Friday, typically from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
City officials are asking drivers to park off-street whenever possible to allow crews to work efficiently.
