The City of Cranbrook says the Bird Canada e-Scooter Pilot Program had another strong year.
Active from April 1 to November 1, 2025, the scooters were popular across the community, with total rides rising 3 per cent compared with last year.
City officials credited part of the increase to a longer operating season that began two months earlier.
Although the number of unique riders dropped 20 per cent, those who used the service rode more often, showing strong engagement from repeat users.
