Mounties believe alcohol may have been a factor in a weekend crash.
On Friday, April 11, Kimberley RCMP were on the scene of a single-vehicle collision on Highway 95A.
Mounties learned a pickup truck went off the road and collided with “several power poles,” between Kimberley and Marysville.
Further into their investigation, RCMP said the driver showed signs of intoxication, which resulted in a 90-day driving ban.
Police say the lone driver was assessed by BC Ambulance at the scene and suffered only minor injuries.
