Details are now available on ticket pick-up for the Rock the Kootenays classic rock festival.

The box office at Western Financial Place is set to open starting at 1pm MT on Thursday, August 10, 2023, for concert goers to pick up their tickets for this weekend’s ‘Rock the Kootenays’ festival.
The box office/will call inside Western Financial Place will be open for ticket pickup:
• Thursday, August 10, 2023 (1:00pm – 5:00pm)
The box office/will call will then be located outside of Western Financial Place and will be open:
• Friday, August 11, 2023 (2:00pm – 8:30pm. Gates do not open until 5:00pm)
• Saturday, August 12, 2023 (1:30pm – 8:30pm)
• Sunday, August 13, 2023 (1:30pm – 8:30pm)
Full weekend ticket packages are not digital and can be picked up in person at the gates when the box office opens. Single day tickets are available to transfer electronically through the Ticketmaster app.
To pick up tickets, you are required to present valid government photo ID, as well as quote the phone number on your account. Second parties may pick up concert tickets for you, but this must be arranged in advance by calling the City of Cranbrook’s ticket line at 250-426-7328.
