Fernie residents warned of moose and calves spotted in Annex Park

The City of Fernie is warning residents to keep their distance from a mother moose with two calves spotted in and around Annex Park.

City staff say you should give the animals space while they are in the area and ensure all dogs are on leash to reduce the chance of wildlife conflict.
