WildsafeBC has posted a video to social media meant to help you learn how to properly use bear spray.
The group says its important to know how to use bear spray, particularly as human versus bear encounters ramp up in BC through the summer.
Tips listed in the video include knowing your proper stance and where to aim the bear spray, you’re also reminded to never leave spray in your car during summer heat and to keep it accessible if you’re on trails.
