The City of Cranbrook is celebrating Canada Day with a party at Rotary Park
Friday’s festivities kick off with O’Canada and cupcakes at 2:00 pm, followed by music performances from the Brass Monkeys and Pretty for the People.
Mayor Lee Pratt hopes you can get out there and enjoy yourself.
“There’s a big celebration in Rotary Park, I’m encouraging people to come out,” Pratt says. “There’s going to be some music in the park, I’m going to be there presenting some Citizenship Awards. Other then that, it’s just going to be a good happy time, people want to have a good time again. Let’s get out and do it.”
