Three more bicycles have been stolen from a hotel parking lot on Van Horne Street South this weekend.
Cranbrook RCMP reported that the bikes were locked on the rack attached to the vehicle when they went missing Sunday night (Aug. 24). The bikes are described as:
- Black step-through Norco Urban E-bike with swept handlebars (same as pictured but in black)
- Green step-through Norco Urban E-bike with swept handlebars (pictured)
- 10-speed lime-green and black Rocky Mountain with dual suspension and built-in battery (pictured)

“Police are reminding the public not to leave bicycles or other valuables on or in vehicles overnight, even locked,” wrote Cranbrook RCMP. “Securing bikes and valuables inside a garage or residence is the safest option.”
Anyone with information about the missing bicycles or who witnessed suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact the Cranbrook RCMP at 250-489-3471.
Three bicycles were also stolen from the same hotel parking lot on August 14. All three bikes have since been recovered within a few days.
