The Rotary Club donated $3,000 to the KIN Club of Cranbrook to support ongoing upgrades at Kinsmen Spray Park.
The donation is part of a larger fundraising effort that began last year when the club learned the park required repairs.
The spray park has been a popular summer destination for families since it opened in 2000.
In 2024, the KIN Club launched its first annual golf tournament, raising $22,000 for park improvements.
The funds will be used to fix leaks, repair two existing spray features and add four new ones.
Organizers say the tournament will return this August, with sponsorship and donation opportunities opening soon.
Long-term goals include more spray fixtures, a possible playground, and general park upgrades.
