The Cranbrook Bandits Senior baseball team posted a strong performance over the weekend, winning three out of four games on the road in Montana.
On Saturday, the Bandits swept a doubleheader against the Glacier Twins, earning victories of 9–3 and 13–7.
The team continued its solid play into Sunday’s doubleheader against the Mission Valley Mariners.
After a tight 4–3 loss in the opener, Cranbrook bounced back in the second game with an 11–4 win to close out the weekend series.
Head coach Paul Mrazek emphasized the importance of defensive consistency as the season progresses.
“We have been working hard on cleaning up some of the stuff on the infield,” he said.
The Senior Bandits now look ahead to their next home stand at Confederation Park.
They’ll host the Glacier Twins on Saturday, June 14, followed by a doubleheader against the Libby Loggers on Sunday, June 15.
First pitch for both days is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
