Please be advised that the Water Quality Advisory that has been in place since March 14 for a portion of the Windermere Area has been rescinded.
Officials with the Regional District of East Kootenay say the Advisory had been in effect following routine work on the water system that required samples to be sent for testing. RDEK says the samples have been returned and the Water Quality Advisory in the Windermere area has been lifted.
However, officials note a Water Quality advisory remains in effect in the Edgewater Area.
