There was significant damage to at least one vehicle Wednesday night outside Cranbrook’s Mount Baker Secondary between a smaller pick-up truck and parked vehicle.
RCMP in Cranbrook reporting the incident occurred in the 1400-block of Baker Street, outside of the school, at around 9:30 in the evening.
Surveillance video shows the collision and the truck not stopping but continuing on towards 7-Eleven.
One witness saying they heard the sound of a vehicle with a high-pitched exhaust enter Baker Street, followed by a crash, and the dark vehicle then fleeing.
