The topic of Cranbrook’s unhoused and other social issues will be front and centre at a town hall set for next Wednesday, June 26.
The session is an off shoot of the Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness, Community Safety, and Wellbeing.
The goal of the gathering, according to a City release, is to bring together the community and talk about some of the hard issues the city is facing.
Organizers add it’s an opportunity to bring some solutions forward, but in a respectful manner.
The meeting goes from 10am until Noon at the Dwelling Place at 2324 2nd Street South.
