Mainroad tending to Columbia Valley washouts

Local highways contractor Mainroad East Kootenay says crews are working to repair a washout at Juniper Heights on Highway 93/95.

Mainroad says work may impact the highway for four days starting Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, crews have been working to repair a washout south of Invermere on Westside Road near Goldie Creek crossing.
