City of Cranbrook staff begin their annual water flushing program today.
Work is happening at the top of 14th Avenue South and at the north end of Park Royal.
You may notice discoloration in their water and low pressure after the work concludes in the next few days.

Our water crews will be set up in two different areas of Cranbrook starting today as part of our annual water flushing program.
One crew will be working in the south end of the City, north of Kootenay Orchard to the top of 14th Avenue South.
The second crew will be in the north end of Park Royal. Flushing will be happening in these areas for the next few days.
You may notice cloudy water and lower water pressure for a brief time after the flushing is done.
It is important to know that this discoloration is not a public health concern.
If you find your water is cloudy, please simply run your cold-water tap until the water runs clear.
