Creston RCMP seeking man wanted on 32 charges

Creston RCMP are looking for a man who is wanted for 32 different charges.

Police say the arrest of 38-year-old Chad Meszarosi is a top priority, he’s facing charges of assault, firearm offences, forcible confinement and more.

Meszarosi is described as a white man, 5’9, weighs 180 pounds with a stocky build and he is unshaven with brown hair.

RCMP say he was last spotted in the Central Kootenay and is known to travel through the Interior, you’re asked to contact Creston RCMP if you see him or know where he is.

Meszarosi is a top priority for the Creston Detachment. The public would be well-served to have Meszarosi back in police custody. We are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating Meszarosi. If he is spotted, or his whereabouts are known, please contact the Creston RCMP immediately, says Creston RCMP Detachment Commander S/Sgt. Brandon Buliziuk.

• White man
• 5’9 (175cm)
• Stocky build
• Approximately 180lbs (82 kg)
• Brown hair
• Unshaven
