A trial is underway in Cranbrook Supreme Court following a death of a Creston woman in 2015.
Three weeks have been scheduled for the trial of Nathaniel Jessup, who faces charges of second-degree murder and interference with a dead body.
RCMP had arrested Jessup in 2019, following a lengthy investigation into the death of 58-year-old Katherine McAdam.
Police reported that McAdam from Creston was last seen on August 15th, 2015. Her remains were later discovered in nearby Erickson on August 27th, 2015.
The trial was originally scheduled in Kamloops, but moved to Cranbrook this month.
