You will have to be able to display that you’re fully vaccinated to access some local chair lifts through the upcoming ski season.
Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is requiring all guests who are 12 and older to display a government-issued proof of vaccination card to access chair lifts or indoor RCR facilities.
Medical exemptions will be considered, but you must submit your request at least four weeks prior to your visit.
You can access a refund on your season pass if you are uncomfortable with RCR’s vaccination policy, all refund requests must be submitted by December 15.
RCR operates the Kicking Horse resort in the Columbia Valley near Golden, as well as ski resorts in Fernie and Kimberley.
